If it's your first time using us, please read the following information:

ORDERING, COLLECTION OR DELIVERY

We have a £20 minimum spend to qualify for free delivery, Orders under £20 are subject to a £5 delivery charge. Please message us if your financial situation prevents you from ordering because of this. We offer a FREE click & collect option, with orders ready in as little as an hour.

ORDERING INFORMATION

All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered same day. Orders after 2pm may be delivered the same day but it is not guaranteed. We work 7 days per week and deliver up to 9pm in the evening! At this time, we cannot give you times for your delivery as we are dealing with large numbers of orders. If you are not going to be home to receive your order, please leave a note about where you would like it left. We DO NOT SHIP any products - everything is delivered by our home delivery drivers. We understand that some people are working or are returning to work so please let us know in your comments if we need to adjust for this.
